For the love of Baseball

I'm sorry Mr. "the BABE". I'm sorry Hank Aaron. I'm sorry Willies Mays, McCovey, and Clark. I'm sorry JT Snow, I'm sorry Rob Nenn, I'm sorry to all that have become legend in baseball, but I just can't take it anymore. Maybe it's because I'm young and naive and so gosh darned inexperienced (in the world of baseball), but I just can't stand watching the Giants lose so often, and so hard. It's like varsity softball all over again. We're good. Heck, we're great! Good pitching, bright defense. Okay, so our offense (Giants and Falcons) is/was mediocre at best, but for the love of Tommy, the first white/green power ranger, WHY CAN'T WE GET SOME HITS?!?!??!!

You can't imagine how much it hurts to watch the scoreboard, game after game, inning after inning. Literally, there's a pain, a body-numbing sensation (well, lack thereof). I mean, no offense to the Royals or anything, but they beat the Giants yesterday! (I mean, who doesn't like the Royals? Like the Rangers, they're the "I'll-be-here-a-million-years-and-I'll-never-get-a-WS-ring-but-I'll-still-try-my-very-best" type of underdogs. )But come onnnn. If the Giants can't even beat the Royals, I don't know what to say. I'm just... speechless. It's like there's no faith when they play anymore. I know it's only ST, but I must say this: If this continues on, I might just have to quit baseball. Permanently.

Bitches.
